Buying Guide: Used Beer Filling Lines

Beer filling lines must maintain very low dissolved oxygen (DO) levels to preserve beer freshness and shelf life. Counter-pressure filling with CO2 pre-evacuation is standard. Consider whether you need glass bottle filling, can filling, or both. A complete beer filling line includes depalletiser, bottle washer, filler-crowner, tunnel pasteuriser (if required), labeller, packer and palletizer.

Used beer filling lines range from 5,000 BPH craft brewery systems to 60,000+ BPH industrial brewery lines. Most UK craft and regional breweries operate between 5,000 and 20,000 BPH.
